CLASSES
In every CCSP class, you can expect:
✨ A thoughtful warm-up and conditioning to prepare the body
✨ Technique-based drills and progressive skill development with creative sequencing of artistic flows
✨ Guided instruction and individualized coaching with scaled options for all levels

ACROBATICS Whether you're a total beginner or looking to refine your skills, this all-levels class introduces the foundations of floor acrobatics in a supportive, high-energy environment. In acrobatics classes, students could work on foundational skills such as rolls, cartwheels, bridges, handstands, walkovers, and tumbling progressions, while also developing core strength, joint stability, spatial awareness, and safe movement mechanics. Classes may include skills on a TumblTrack, partner work, and drills designed to build confidence and body awareness. All levels welcome. Come ready to move, try new things, and challenge yourself safely.

DANCE TRAPEZE We like to think of Dance Trapeze as a blend of hammock & hoop. It’s that unique cousin in the family tree of aerial! The apparatus typically consists of a horizontal bar suspended using two ropes or straps that converge overhead from a single point, allowing the trapeze to spin freely. This single-point rigging creates dynamic movement opportunities and encourages dancers and aerialists to explore rhythm, flow, and spatial awareness. Dance trapeze emphasizes fluid transitions, spins, drops, and expressive choreography—both on and around the bar.

GET BENDY Get Bendy is a flexibility-focused class designed to help you move with greater ease, range, and control. This class emphasizes safe, progressive stretching techniques to increase mobility and build strength through end-range positions. Through a combination of active and passive flexibility work, students will explore opening the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine while developing the body awareness needed for a sustainable and injury-conscious practice. Breath work and intentional pacing are woven throughout the class to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deeper mobility gains.

HAMMOCK Often referred to as the dancer’s aerial apparatus, Aerial Hammock (sometimes called Aerial Sling) is an aerial apparatus made from a single length of soft fabric that hangs in a loop or “U” shape from one or two overhead rigging points. Unlike aerial silks, the fabric is connected at the bottom, creating a supportive cradle that allows the body to be held, wrapped, or fully supported in the air. Hammock is known for its accessibility, versatility, and fluid movement quality. The apparatus provides additional support, making it an excellent entry point for those new to aerial arts, while still offering depth, challenge, and creativity for more advanced practitioners.

HANDSTANDS This class is designed to deepen your understanding of balance and handstand training while building strength, control, and confidence upside down. A key component is breath awareness. Learning how to connect to your breath helps regulate the nervous system, improve focus, and create stability under load. We focus on proper alignment, positioning, stability, and foundational strength, with an emphasis on technique and quality of movement. Mobility work, thoughtful progressions, and hands-on spotting are incorporated to support a safe and sustainable practice. Balance & Handstands is open to all levels. Whether you’re just beginning your inversion journey or refining advanced skills such as one-arm handstands, this class meets you where you are. Handstand training develops full-body strength, coordination, and body awareness, and complements many movement disciplines—including yoga, aerial arts, HIIT training, and more. See you upside down!

HOOP Aerial hoop—also called lyra—is a circular metal apparatus hung from one or two points, allowing spins, poses, transitions, and dynamic movement both inside, below, and on top of the hoop. In this class, you’ll draw upon strength and grace to create breathtaking flows in the air - exploring a variety of positions and transitions that showcase your creativity and athleticism. We’ll cover techniques for smooth transitions and dynamic tempo work, to elevate your aerial experience and understanding.

LINE & DEFINE Unlock your body’s full potential and achieve longer, stronger dancer lines in this dynamic class. Whether you’re striving for a perfect split, deeper backbends, or more grace & fluidity in your movement, this class will help you develop the mobility, flexibility and grace needed to enhance your performance. Through targeted exercises and mindful movement, you’ll work on increasing your range of motion, improving your technique and enhancing your overall movement quality. Designed for anyone eager to deepen their connection to their body.

SCULPT & TONE Mat Pilates Strengthen, lengthen, and energize your body with our Sculpt & Tone Mat Pilates class! This 60-minute all-levels session is designed to build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. Inspired by classical and contemporary pilates techniques, this class focuses on precise movement, mindful breathing, and muscular endurance. You’ll target the deep stabilizing muscles of the core, glutes, arms, and legs through a series of controlled and intentional mat-based exercises—no equipment necessary.

SILKS Dive into the mesmerizing world of silks, where grace meets strength. Aerial silks (also called Fabric or Tissue) uses long lengths of fabric suspended from the ceiling to climb, wrap, and flow through the air. In our classes, students of all ability levels learn proper technique, strength, and body awareness while exploring creative movement. We emphasize safe progressions, artistic expression, and personal growth. It’s a beautiful, flowing discipline that looks effortless… and secretly builds a whole lot of strength.

STRAPS Aerial Straps are one of the more traditional forms of aerial arts. Traditionally, they consist of two flat fabric pieces that wrap comfortably around your hands and arms. Modern designs often include loops at the ends, allowing for more seamless and secure transitions for the hands or feet. Straps training emphasizes power, precision, and clean technique, while also allowing for dynamic movement, fluid transitions, and expressive artistry. The performer supports their full weight primarily through grip strength, shoulder stability, and upper-body control. Our classes place strong emphasis on conditioning, proper progressions and technique, and prior aerial experience is recommended. As always, coaches provide scaling options and thoughtful guidance to support a safe and sustainable practice. Come challenge yourself and join the straps club!

If you are on the waitlist - standby! We recommend that you add yourself to the waitlist for any class you’d like to take.
